            Elwood                 Broadway theatre passed in. (Anyone got a lazy $500,000).
            Footscray              Bandy theatre gutted by fire (Melbourne Age 25/3/95).

            Greensborough          New cinema complex planned for shopping centre.
            Melbourne City         State/Forum sold to David Marriner.
            Melbourne casino       Rumours are that plans exist for building largest multiplex in Australia, or
                                   maybe the World, or any other large place.
            Oakleigh               Plaza for sale. Passed in at auction in March 1995.
            Richmond               The National Is still not progressing.

            Sunshine               Cinema complex to be built by Village as part of a new shopping complex on old
                                   International Harvester site. We think that the first film to be shown might be
                                   called  "Lassie, Andy Hardy, and Roc Kirby Comes Home".

            Shepparton             Otive-in operating.
            Thornbury              Regent sold at auction.
            Yarrawonga             "Picture Gardens" showing over summer, as well as the drive-in.
