The Prospectus details new developments and expansion of existing complexes. Cinema/retaiVentertainmenV
             office properties in this first stage of the Trust include the following:

             Victoria      •      Jam Factory, South Yarra. Completion of redevelopment is anticipated in 1998 and will
                                  incorporate 14 cinemas and a theatrette. The complex currently has 8 cinemas.
                           •      Village City Centre, Bourke Street, Melbourne. Has 4 cinemas .
                           •      Village Rivoli, Camberwell. Currently a twin cinema complex.  Proposal to build an
                                  extra 7 screens. Car parking issues to be resolved before this expansion project
                                  proceeds.
                           •      Village Geelong.The old Geelong Theatre was extensively redeveloped in 1995 to
                                  provide 11  cinemas over two levels.
                           •      Century City Walk, Glen Waverley. Currently under construction, this hotel and entertain
                                  ment complex will include 1 0 cinemas.

             N.S.W.        •      Albury Cinema Centre. This complex was extensively expanded and refurbished during
                                  1996 to include 6 cinemas.
                           •      Hoy1s Complex, George Street, Sydney. This property currently comprises a seven
                                  level cinema/entertainment complex comprising 7 cinemas.

             Tasmania      •      Village Hobart. 7 cinemas .
                           •      Village Launceston. 4 cinemas.


             N.Z.:         •      Village 8, Highland Park .
                           •      Village 8, Manukau .
                           •      Village 8, New Lynn.
                           •      Village 8, Newmarket.

             $400m Film Complex Proposed for Melbourne.  A $400 million film studio and theme park is proposed as
             part of Melbourne's new Docklands development. The plan has received the go-ahead from the State Govern-
             ment. The studio will be managed by Crawford Productions, and include a movie theme park run  by Holly-
             wood's Paramount Studios, competing with the Warner Brothers Gold Coast complex and the Fox Studios at
             Sydney's Moore Park Showgrounds. The executive director of Cine media Ms Jenifer Hooks, believes the studio
             complex could restore Melbourne's reputation as the national centre of film making.

             Star Trek: The Exhibit.  The Scienceworks museum is presenting Star Trek: The Exhibit which features original
             costumes, props, film  sets and large-scale model craft from all four Star Trek series and eight feature films.
             Video presentations, special lighting and sound effects are also featured. The exhibition runs until12 July 1998.

             La Mama Carlton Courthouse.  La Mama Theatre in Carlton is taking over management of the Carlton Court-
             house, around the corner in Faraday Street.

             Hoyts Expansion Into Germany.  Hoy1s Cinemas is to spend $41 million to expand into Germany in a joint
             venture with local operator Theile/Kinopolis Entertainment Group. The new company, Theile Hoy1s, will own
             five  multiplexes with 42 screens and  has an option on another multiplex with  12 screens and the rights to
             develop other multiplexes within Germany. Hoyts chief executive officer, Mr Peter lvany, said the new company
             hoped to develop 30 multiplexes with more than 250 screens in Germany over the next four to five years.
